Well I have good neighbours... The malay neighbour nearest to
me used to sell cigs so I can simply just go out the door,
knock on their door and there I have it, cheap cigs...
They also make lotsa food and kuehs for us every now and
then... They also sing KTV sometimes, and it's good singing, not
like those break glass de...
Then again, they are recently being complained by a couple who
is living a few floors above us, complaining that my neighbour
always sing KTV, which is not true, and is disturbing their
newborn-baby... Ironically, the family tat complains, always does
drilling in the afternoon >___>
once you have an asshole neighbour, there's pretty much nothing
you can do about it except live with it or move out or hope that
the neighbour dies. the police will refuse to help you unless you
are an mp, minister, or somebody important.
